We implement a research approach, which starts with the evaluation of the potential market. It then continues with the measurement of network performances and finishes by highlighting the areas on where to improve the offer to support the communication planning. We measure the correlations between consumers’ flows , the roads they pass by and the POSs – we determine the engagement level of these consumers with commercial activities in the area, the visibility of those and of their communication.
We developed new techniques that allow us to measure the forecasted performance of a new POS. Thanks to a benchmarking activity between the values collected in the proximity areas of the new location (resident and gravitating demand, competition, overlapping with other POSs of the same company) and the values in similar segment areas, we can calculate the potential roi by square meter of sale.
