We create from scratch up-to-date databases that can illustrate a great number of economic variables and the territorial dynamics of supply and demand, of consumers’ targets target and of the categories of economical suppliers. All of our databases are geocoded with the latest version of TomTom digital cartography.

GEO Data

We have designed our databases with the goal to represent the geographical space and the trends of rising markets, the demographic and socio-economic dynamics, the mutual integrational relationships (gravitation) between territorial areas and people and goods flows’ – all elements that strongly impact our clients businesses.

the main indicating factors for consumers:

• Updated data on families and overall population, italian and foreign, by age groups – as specific as by borough level;
• Gravitational flows of people on the move for work, study, tourism and shopping of goods and services;
• databases of socio-economic and behavioural profiles of the population, together with families inclinations and behaviours;

GEO Flow

We create our maps thinking about mobility. We search for people who are in constant movement and we ask ourselves where they are coming from and going to for work, tourism, and shopping; we study their purchasing habits and lifestyles.
We utilise and suggest the TomTom and Google maps, which integrate not only the entirety of the vectorial European cartography, but also information on traffics’ flows and on the starting/destination point matrix, allowing us to finally answer the following questions:

• Where do my costumers come from?
• What is the consumers profile of my interest target?
• How many consumers pass by my POS or how many by my billboard every day?
• What is the main street, in a given city, with the biggest tourists’ flows?
• What is the base customer’s flow of a given commercial activity in the morning, in the afternoon, or in the weekend? Is the flow intense or slower?

GEO Map

We update the italian administrative cartography every six months at each territorial level, macro and micro. Our data availability includes:
